Policies Deposit Terms:
A one nights
deposit is required to confirm reservations of four (4)
nights or less. A two night deposit is required to
confirm reservations of five (5) nights or more. The
deposit is to be mailed by check within 7 days of making
your reservation when the check-in date is further then
30 days away. Personal checks are accepted for deposits
providing the check is received 14 days prior to arrival
date. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if
deposit is not received within 7 days from the date
reservation was made. Deposits are non-transferable.
When checking-in within the next 30 days of making your
reservation then you must use a credit card for the
deposit.
Payment:
Balance is due upon arrival and is
payable in cash, travelers checks, money order,
certified check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Personal/business checks will not be accepted
at check in.
Rates:
Rates
apply to advance reservations only. Rates are subject to
change without notice. All reservations are
subject to a 14% sales tax and 1% management/resort fee.
Cancellation Policy:
A change of dates
constitutes a cancellation if dates can not be met.
Deposit is refundable if notified two (2) weeks prior to
arrival date – subject to a 25% handling fee. There is no
refund of rent paid, thus all payments are final and non
refundable. Reservations require confirmation. Confirmed
reservations are guaranteed. Deposit is not
transferable. No refunds due to inclement weather.
Misrepresentation voids reservations.
Stay:
Accommodations are held for the dates of
your reservations and you are responsible for the entire
stay. Changes must be made 2 weeks prior to dates of
arrival. Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.
CHECK IN TIME AFTER 3:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT TIME BY 11:00 A.M.
